Type + Architecture. The Veenman Printer building in Ede, Netherlands was designed by Neutelings Riedijk. The typography by Dutch design hero Karel Martens is made of serigraphed glass (text by Dutch poet K. Schippers). You can also check this short but interesting video of Karel Martens by Anna Craemer talking about design, typograhy, couriosity and the future.

Published in 1976 (Athens) this book is a collection of short texts written between 1973 and 1975 for the newspaper “To Vima” and other Greek magazines by the author and journalist A. K. Nasioutzik. As I can’t stop looking at this amazing modernist cover, it seems to me that the (uncredited) designer achieved an everlasting outcome.

"The Alphabet" is a vintage-style short film of 26 typefaces. Staring well known typefaces such as Arial, Baskerville, Didot, Helvetica, Verdana and even Stone Sans, they appear in alphabetical order and each character is the first letter of the typeface’s name. A personal project by Allessandro Novelli (Italy) and his "n9ve studio". You might also want to check out the creative proccess here. And by the way “The Alphabet II” is on its way…
